7 TABLESPOONS VEGETABLE SHORTENING.
MIX FLOUR AND SHORTENING IN LARGE BOWL WITH PASTRY CUTTER UNTI>

handful of blueberries
1 banana
1 stalk of celery
a handful of kale
a tablespoon of ground flaxseed
